The Recruitment Process Explained

Freedom Socialcare aims to make the recruitment process as plain, simple and ‘pain-free’ as possible. We will adapt to suit your needs - if for whatever reason you can’t make it into the office for an appointment, arrangements can be made for us to come and visit you. All in all, we aim to get you registered promptly and professionally.  

The recruitment process involves:

  1. Completing an application pack
  2. Enhanced CRB check
  3. Two work related references
  4. Social care questionnaire
  5. ID, working visa (where applicable) & qualification confirmation
  6. Full interview

Once we’ve completed the recruitment process, we will have a thorough understanding of your work preferences and career goals. A dedicated consultant will then be appointed to help you achieve your aspirations.
