Freedom socialcare have had huge success in their first 2 years, largely due to their unique philosophy on providing support staff, with respect for our staff team we gain loyalty and commitment and an enviable reputation which allows us to maintain continuity to our clients and regular opportunities for our staff.
Through past experience and understanding of the ever changing regulations and policies surrounding care we constantly adapt in a proactive way to offer a risk free service to our clients with the tools to allow companies to use agency staff in line with CSCI regulations.
Based on our success so far we are planning further expansion in the near future in other locations giving our clients and candidates further scope in their use of Freedom.
