Freedom Connect is a Person centred service individually designed for people requiring support in the community.

With vast experience of creating individually tailored support packages for young people, adults and the elderly, Freedom connect can supply Support Workers and Care Workers to meet the needs of people living in a community setting. Freedom Connect is CQC registered (Good rating) and committed to providing staff well suited to your individual needs and requirements.

This can include provision for

• Ongoing care and support packages
• Small weekly packages to 24 hour support
• Direct payments
• Privately funded packages of support
