Probation

Freedom Socialcare has been in great demand for the provision of staff to the probation service.  This could involve working with a variety of offenders with various needs, Freedom understands that people who have been involved in the penal system may find it difficult to integrate into society and have at times been away from the ‘outside world’ for several years.

Freedom provides staff to support ex-offenders/offenders who have an enhanced knowledge of the needs of the service users and will work with them in a supportive non-judgmental manner, aware of the fact that many offenders have mental health problems and need to be treated with a positive attitude towards life. 

Freedom can provide support to people who are bailees, on community rehabilitation orders, electronic tags, licences and/or have a drug misuse problem both in the community and in approved premises/hostels.
