First I would like to thank you for finding me three teaching assistants at very short notice. I am always very impressed at how quickly you can sort out my problems often with little notice and how very customer friendly your company is. I have been using Freedom for approximately one year. I have changed to Freedom after being let down on several occasions by a bigger agency. I have always found Freedom extremely efficient, friendly, reliable and all the staff that you have sent me have been very good, fitted in well with our staff and are excellent with our children, who often find a new face difficult.
Your rates are very competitive and the staff that we have had from you are of the highest standard. I like the fact that I can book staff through emailing and that you always get back to me with a name very quickly. I also like that fact that you have an out of hours telephone line which can be useful for late notification of absence.
