Domiciliary Care Manager
Freedom Socialcare is recruiting a Domiciliary Care Manager on behalf of a leading Residential Care and Supportive Living company. We are looking to recruit a Part-Time to Full-Time experienced manager who will help establish and grow the DomCare unit. Someone with drive, enthusiasm and heart will be ideal for the role. Candidates wishing to apply will be NVQ level 4 qualified or will be willing to work towards this qualification. You will have at least 2 years experience in a DomCare management position and be ready to hit the ground running. Duties: Working closely with Service Manager to set up the unit. Oversee the day to day running of the office and up hold the brand values. Duty rotas, interviewing new staff, support planning, supervisions, leading team meetings, liaising with families, social workers and commissioners.
